Denver Neighborhoods

Take a look at Denver's rich blend of neighborhoods surrounding downtown.

Platt Park

Just south of downtown Denver, The Old South Pearl Shopping District is a nine block strip of specialty stores making it one of the most popular and distinctly historical shopping districts in the city of Denver. Tree-lined blocks with old Victorian homes show the neighborhood’s charm. Home to some of the best festivals in the city, the neighborhood also features a very popular Farmers Market on Sundays from June through October.

Cherry Creek

Cherry Creek is one of Denver’s most well known and elegant neighborhoods. In between two of the biggest shopping centers, Cherry Creek features some of the best restaurants and shopping in the metro area. The neighborhood is known for its creek that runs through the south side with hiking/biking trails used by many of its residents. Lined trees, colorful gardens, and old Victorian architecture make this area nothing short of desirable. Cherry Creek features some of the most sought after luxury homes, highly ranked school systems, and large surrounding parks.

Wash Park

Washington Park has become one of the most popular neighborhoods in Denver because of its central location and closeness to the park and many businesses. The park itself is over a hundred years old and used for jogging, and many outdoor activities. The residential part of “Wash Park” hosts some of the oldest homes in the city with twentieth century and late nineteenth century Victorians. New luxury homes and duplexes have been popping up, creating a great balance of old and new in this family neighborhood.
